Interview
st interview: Its completely meaningless and there is no real description of the job or what you will really be doing. No use of the word "door to door". Their objective is to get you out of there ASAP, while only showing you how good the company is.
2nd interview: Of course you got a call congratulating you and asking for a 2nd interview.
This is when they will explain in details about "how much money you can make" with 200-300-400 presentations a week. Also, how great the management is once you get promoted, which really is just a pyramid scheme. You hire people and you manage them (5 people is what i was told). I am assuming you make money from their cuts.
It is all scripted, from the email to scheduling an interview, what the hiring person would say in both interviews and what you would say when you knock on door to door.
My opinion: There is no real job opportunity here and I did not waste any time. In fact, I regret showing up for a 2nd interview. I hope this review finds you and help you understand what you are signing up for or better wont show up for.

Interview
First interview was all about my past experience. The manager seemed really excited about my working in the hospitality industry. It was more of a "Lets get to know each other" interview and than anything. The second interview was where she explained the pay structure and how to get into management and it took a bit longer.
