Interview
After my initial appointment with a room full of other people, taking a "customer service" test, I was called back for phase 2. At that point, it was an interview panel of 3 people, asking behavioural and customer service related questions. After that acceptance, the next step was getting the class 2 Learners license and the medical. After that, they sent an email letting me know thaat I had made it and when the training began.

~15 minutes in a waiting room with experienced operator answering any & all questions. ~45 minutes of situational questions drawing upon past experience & answering a set list of questions about suitability for the role

The interview consists of three parts. Moderate difficulty. It is still difficult for candidates whose native language is not English. The company is well organized and the interviewing officers are polite and patient.
