They’ll ask you a bunch of questions regarding your character and sales experience. I spent about 30 minutes discussing experiences and sales goals that I’ve met at certain retailers and how they apply to selling Coach.

Do you have experience meeting sales goals and how comfortable are you hitting metrics.
It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach (Singapore)

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
