Pretty funny as I came to leave a similarly negative review as the previous one - looks like we were both applying for the same job and had a similar experience.
I was reached out to by the company (I did not directly apply) and didn't get to see a job description until after the phone interview. The description only listed duties, said nothing of requirements (experience, education) or salary range, two important factors for a candidate to self-qualify. Phone interview went well, in person interview went well, then 3rd interview with the CEO was not a good experience. They clearly not even looked at my resume or been informed of my 2 previous interviews, my experience, or anything discussed. I could have done more direct research, but I felt I was given few opportunities to learn more about the company or the position itself. It seemed as if I was expected to be part of the target demographic (older male millennials with disposable income interested in streetwear/shop online).
After leaving the interview, I felt that it was the CEO's intention to box me around, that I was brought in to make another candidate look good, or that there is a lot of serious internal misalignment about what the company wants out of this position/candidate, and that we had all wasted each other's time.
I was told I would hear "either way" within a week, which has passed with no response from the company (and I'm really okay with that)
