General discussion and getting to know more about company. It was looking to understand if you would be a fit for the company as well as working requirements. One stage process and heard back pretty soon after.
Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.
