Interview
Phone interview using competency based questions, quite simple only lasted 15 minutes.
Next stage was a group interview, about 6 people at the same time who are shown a presentation and are then separately taken away for individual interviews which again use competency based questions for about 30 - 45 minutes.
Heard back the next day at 10am with an offer.
Easy, just a online questionnaire and then an in person interview with more questions about what I did at the time and why I wanted the job and why I’d be good for the role
Was a nice easy interview, very friendly, took around 20 minutes. Asked standard questions about previous experience - name a time when etc. , were interested in how much I knew about the history of Co-op and other
