Applied online for temporary position, interviewed by store manager. Questions are based on 5 behavioral aspects which are outlined in the preparation pack they send you (building relationships, being confident, clear communicator, succeeding together, getting results). They prompt you to use the STAR method to answer - ask you about what was achieved in the situation etc.

It was nice and smooth and very intuitive. I liked how I had help from the website to prepare for the interview and so I was able to fully explain my previous experience.

Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

Interview
The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
