I have interviewed for Co-op Food for the basic CTM role on 2 separate occasions in separate locations and have got the job on both occasions.
The interview process is quite relaxed although it is strictly 'by the book', as on both occasions a specific sheet was followed asking roughly about yourself and 5 questions in which you answer to show that you have experienced a certain situation and played a significant part, although unfortunately i cannot completely remember the specific questions.
