Easy, just a online questionnaire and then an in person interview with more questions about what I did at the time and why I wanted the job and why I’d be good for the role

Interview
Initial online application. Then a phone interview asking generic questions and some competency based customer service questions.
Upon passing that, I was invited to a group interview and a 1v1 interview on an assessment day. They called within the next week on their decision.
