      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Brighton, England) in Feb 2017

      Interview

I handed in my CV and they gave me an application form to fill in and give back as soon as possible. I got a call the next day arranging an interview date. The interview was fairly straightforward and not too formal. I was given a set of three scenario questions (randomised) and I had 10 minutes to prepare answers for them then the interviewer assessed me based on my answers by going through a sheet and ticking things off and prompted me when I was struggling. After that they talked about my available hours, which they seemed to care about more than the actual scenario questions as they wanted someone who was flexible with their time.

      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Co-op (Manchester, England)

      Interview

Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Very insistent on working as many days/times as possible even if you are studying

The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
