After initial friendly introduction I was asked to complete three short exercises. Then we sat and I was asked why I was interested in the position and what my background was. I was then asked some behavioural based questions on examples of situations and how I had dealt with them. Finally I was asked if I had any questions relating to the role. Throughout the process it was made clear what was required in a open, informative and friendly manner.

The interview was very well constructed and due to knowing what was expected, this made planning and preparation far easier. The numeracy and literacy was the only surprise but I was quite confident with my answers.
