First round interview with HR (feeler), followed by 3 interviews with 3 partners.
Each partner had a very different set of questions, personality. Some operated like a casual conversation, while others were clearly very, very difficult.
It was a little odd. But I wasn’t very interested in the line of work. It felt awkward, and there seemed to be tension, but they were nice, probably not my best performance.
Zero technical questions as a lateral associate and they simply wanted to know my motivations for joining and if I would fit in as a team member. It was more of an informal chat.
