      People Operations Associate Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clutter

      Interview

About 3 weeks after applying I received an interview request from the hiring manager. I felt the call went quite well and I could have been a decent fit. I checked all the boxes according to the job description. Next steps would have been a take-home prompt (so not too much effort on their part to facilitate. Pretty smart to include in the process, in my opinion.) But after 1 month of being ghosted, I finally got my rejection. I had emailed the hiring manager twice in this month just to ask for closure. I'm unsure what kind of recruiting practice is going on here but I had higher expectations for a better candidate experience.
