Interview
Interview was fairly simple. I met with the food and beverage manager at that particular club. Very friendly. Interview was somewhat short, 25 minutes probably. Very basic questions. Easy interview, and got the interview through a friend that worked there.

Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer?
simple, easy, as long as you have the proper experience they'll train you properly and you should be fine. my interview was over the phone and lasted about 5 minutes - hired on the spot.
