My process went quite quickly. I had a zoom introduce with 2 team leads and the department manager. Then the final interview was with 3 additional team leads and required a presentation about implementing software to a client but the presentation directions were very broad leaving it open to your interpretation. My only piece of advice is for the presentation is to spend some time working on it. You may not know all the answers and content to include but it’s clear to the hiring committee when you don’t put the time in.

First step is an interview with pre-recorded questions that you answer via video and a personality assessment. The second round was an interview with the Team Leads over Zoom. The third around was a peer interview with a presentation. The important step here is to prepare for this interview and take some time to practice the presentation. Overall a fantastic interview experience.
