My interview process with Clover Health consisted of three parts. First being a normal interview with a recruiter over the phone. It consisted of a discussion about the actual position, benefits, and standard Q&A. The second part was with the medical director. This part consisted of clinical questions, and background information about the applicant. The third part was a team interview. Different teams like Product Operations, Medical Officers, N.P. Managers, Customer Experience Managers, and a Clinical Outreach Specialist. The third part lasted 3 hours and provided me with great information about the job I applied for and the company in general. The third part really made the decision process simple and helped me decide whether the company fit my interests.

Panel interview over 2 sessions with multiple members of team. Lots of behavioral questions, clinical questions and scenarios. Pretty straightforward . Very organized recruiter available to answer any questions .
