Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter, 30 min Google Hangout with manager, 30 minute Google Hangout with three managers. After the interview with three managers, recruiter contacted me and stated that she is in the process of assembling an offer for me, which I should receive by the end of the day. Later that day, she contacted me again and told me that she missed a step - I would have one more phone call with the VP of Sales. The phone call with the VP of Sales went very well and I was told I would hear back in 2 days. I heard nothing from the recruiter for weeks, despite sending inquiry emails and a phone call. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor communication.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cloudera (Budapest) in Nov 2017
Interview
The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.

Everyone was professional, asked questions about my work history, knowledge and interest in Cloudera. The recruiter and manager are fantastic. They were skilled and absolutely experts.
I am waiting for the next stage.

Whole process took a week (Very fast and transparent)
