Interview
Initial phone interview with the recruiter (Stacey), then two google hangout interviews that lasted about 30-40 minutes each. After that, I was able to speak with another member of the team to get a day-to-day feel of the position. Everyone was on time, passionate, and knowledgeable. They have a contagious passion for Cloudera, which is nice to see on the other end of the interview. Stacey Pentland (recruiter) was awesome to work with and extremely responsive! Overall, she made it a great interview experience and any questions I had were immediately addressed every step of the way.

Interview
The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.

2. 1 hour onsite interview with Hiring manager
Everyone was professional, asked questions about my work history, knowledge and interest in Cloudera. The recruiter and manager are fantastic. They were skilled and absolutely experts.
I am waiting for the next stage.

3. 2 person panel interview (Very Conversational)
Whole process took a week (Very fast and transparent)
