I applied online, and in two weeks got contacted by HR representative. Booked a 30 mins call for a screening call with HR, conversation was pleasant and in a very professional manner. The best thing is that HR representative explained the entire process very clear so you know how the process is going to unfold. A week later got asked to book a phone interview with hiring manager. Then had another delightful call with the hiring manager, everything went well IMO but no technical questions were raised so I felt like it might be a bad sign but don't understand what went wrong. Two days later HR emailed with bad news but also said the hiring manager refused to disclose his reason. Overall, very positive experience though I didn't get the job. Hope they could have told me what went wrong.
