HR messaged me on LinkedIn regarding a job opportunity as said she want to discuss more about my experience with her she didn’t even mentioned What was exactly interview was about and of course it was clearly mentioned that she wanted to discuss regarding opportunity .I was expecting this to be HR round and suddenly without any confirmation, They started asking me technical questions without knowing my background and without informing me about technical round and I told the situation to interviewer about what misscommunication was done by HR,they agreed to reschedule the interview, but when I talked back to HR she cancelled my interview and I was extremely shocked by miscommunication they did with me.
