The Interview is quite tough, we need to perform multiple rounds of hands-on labs.
The hiring process is followed by multiple rounds (technical+manager+HR)
You should have the very strong technical side. Please be specific about your answers as techincal panel is very experienced and talented.

Unprofessional is an understatement. The interviewers do not pay heed to one's answer as they stick to only their solution thinking of it as a panacea.
The recruiters are also not clear at sharing the feedback. Cannot blame them as the interviewers might be giving them ambiguous feedback.
