I have applied through online.The process took me two days first day face to face technical round 20-30 mins and after two days manager round he just asked me expected package and knowledge on wordpress and SEO. I said about package which will satisfy my education qualification. Finally not selected :P

Very Unprofessional way of conducting interview, i doubt that they even graduated from college! Was asked very simple questions on markup languages and few on javaScript,it seems they have no knowledge in this domain.I got to know right away after interview that there are no highly qualified trainers to train or guide newcomers.
