Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn InMail, and shared a Job description. The interview process goes as follows:
- Interview with recruiter (1h)
- Programming assessment (3h)
- Technical interview (did not take it)

Question 1
Usual questions:
- Overview of experience
- Years of experience with X tool/language
- Specific questions about the potential tasks to be carried out in the role
Weird questions:
- Did you work with international teams? People from which country?
- How many years of experience do you have with X language? You must not add the time you used outside your job experience, like the university
Terrible experience. They don't know what to ask, they don't know what a ML engineer does and I declined the next steps when they mentioned that they would send me a test in C#!!!!??? Keep distance!!
