Terrible. My first "interview" was a very short call where the "recruiter" asked me to turn on my camera while they didn't turn theirs, and I spent the next few minutes answering questions like "How many years of experience do you have with X?".
After that, they sent me a code challenge. I finished it and they sent me a link to schedule an "onboarding call" which makes no sense because I haven't even had the chance to understand who they are or what I'm signing up for. Plus I have to upload a scan of my government issued photo ID right away???
To CloudDevs: if you don't want your interview to look like a complete scam, make it more personal and complete from the start. The way it is now it looks like you just want videos of me saying random numbers, my phone number, email and photo ID.
