The interview process was very thorough and informative. I was contacted promptly and it was easy to schedule a time. Overall great experience, would recommend this position to anyone seeking work.
Initial screening by recruiter, then a virtual interview with supervisor. Basic questions about sales experience, design experience and customer service. More conversational than a question and answer interview. Answered all my questions about position, salary, commission, sell rate and expectations.

Interview
Interview process was straight forward. I felt at ease with the managers. The environment was also very professional. I didn't feel like I was being interviewed. The manager took me around the showroom which peaked my interest in the job more. I wasn't a designer before this job. However, if you have an open-mind, and willingness to learn and work hard, they will work with you.
