Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by their HR. Had a phone conversation about reasons for leaving, current salary etc. Sent them my CV and a phone interview was arranged with the software team lead. In their email it was mentioned that the interview's aim is to find out more about yourself, your skills set, the value you can add to the team, and why you want to work for Close Brothers. The interview however was more about the skills I had listed on my CV. Make sure you have textbook knowledge of all of them!
The interviewer was extremely nice and gave me some valuable feedback in the end.
