There were 2 rounds of remote/video interviews. Both interviews were scheduled for 1hr. The first interview was with a direct supervisor and a team-lead from a related department. The second interview was with the same interviewers from the first round, plus the CEO.
In the first interview, things were very relaxed and it felt more like a culture fit test than anything technical.
The second interview was slightly more focused on open-ended technical questions to get a better feeling for overall experience level but still had the same relaxed, informal vibe as the first.
