I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Clinton Health Access Initiative
Interview
A very long interview process. Mine took almost 3 months. I don't understand the need whatsoever.
The interview process starts with case rounds (qualitative). Following this, there is an assignment round (which tests data analysis skills). After that, the rounds get simpler and might include one more case round and behavioural rounds with senior team members.
Fantastic experience speaking with different members of the team. Case study was fair and relevant to the role. Helpful feedback and thorough assessment of my background and great willingness to answer my questions about the role and logistics.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Clinton Health Access Initiative
Interview
My interview was in 5 stages:
HR interview, Technical Assessment (got an assignment I needed to work on for about a day or two) Program Manager Interview, Program Director Interview and Senior Management Interview. Took about 6 months in total
