I only had one interview. They called me back a week later and hired me. Basically, if you really want this job, and can pass a background check, you'll get it. When they are hiring, they are generally desperate to fill the voids, because they can't afford to pay other staff overtime. Be sure to talk about salary during your first interview. They'll tell you a range, but specify what exactly you require before accepting the job.
