The interview process took 6+ weeks, I had 4 interviews, 1 of which was a panel interview. Throughout all interviews I was told, " I can see you're qualified by your resume, so what questions do you have for Clinch?" and recived only glowing feedback. I was asked no real questions about my qualifications, only a few systems questions in the panel interview. I tried my best to illustrate my qualifications through my questions. After getting through the entire interview process, the CEO, who was not involved in the interviews, looked at my resume and the team's notes (which indicated they wanted to make a hire) and decided I did not have the right qualifications. I had no chance to speak with the CEO or explain my qualifications. The interview process was not clearly explained and seemed to change throughout the process. I requested feedback and a chance to speak to someone again to better illustrate my qualifications. I was given no feedback as to what was missing from my qualifications. Companies should be determining if a candidate is qualified within the first 1-2 interviews, and also teach your employees how to conduct interviews properly to achieve that. A very poor experience that I was dragged along in.
