Client Financial Services Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very easy- Standard interview questions and typing test. There were a few questions, a demonstration of what you will be doing, a small tour, a listening test, and a typing test.

I applied via resume sent to the email given on the website. They gave me a call, interviewed me over the phone and then had me come in and interview in person.. The interview was very minimal. Asked very simple questions..and then I have to take a typing and listening test.
