I interviewed with two guys who seemed very likable.
Both down to Earth people who were a pleasure to speak to. They seemed to like me as well as my experience.
I was selected to come back for a "final" interview.
And then I waited for the date of this interview.
And waited. And waited.
I was then finally told that the position was "put on hold", which is a lie, because it was still being advertised on all the regular job sites.
I was also told they "probably wanted someone with a sales background" even though both men assured me it was NOT a sales position and that the job description itself literally said THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION in capital letters.
Disorganized. Poor communication. Glad I didn't have that final interview, because the company sounds disjointed and the two great guys interviewing me could have swayed me to take an offer.
