3 step interview, very clear from the beginning where you start your interview process with HR who explains what the job entitles, second step with the team manager who questions motivation, experience…. And the final interview with the head of the market

It was a 3 step interview process, the first one was a regular call so the recruiter could get to know you, the second was a sales role play, and the third was a questionaire on how you would handle sidfferent situations

Tell me about yourself, Why did you choose Click&Boat, Are you actively looking for other jobs, Do you know the difference between a catamaran and a sailboat, Do you have any life experience around boats
Took 3 meetings. One with a recruiter, one with the manager, and then after completing the 'test,' again with the manager to discuss the result of said test. The meeting was online, and the company was transparent about the hiring process.
