Poor followthrough and communication throughout the entire interview process on the part of Click Here Digital. As a candidate for multiple positions, I found myself needing to project manage the interview process. I was told I'd receive a skills assessment the day after my second interview, and I never received one. After following up twice, I finally received a scripted email from HR about unforeseen internal issues forcing them to take a different direction. All in all, the interview process was very unpolished and off putting.
