Interview
Interview with a team of stakeholders. Met with individuals as well as a group. Everyone was very welcoming. Very clear on the expectations for the position and the type of person they were seeking. Every person had prepared questions. Seemed that they were familiar with my resume. After the interview, it took a few days to hear from Human Resources with an offer. Overall, pretty straightforward.

Describe experience, strengths, weaknesses. Also behavior-based questions.
Great. Individual screening and then did a panel with a few team members and then did a final. All went well and he did great. Lasted over the course of one month from start to finish.
Internal applicant, so process was fairly straight forward. Spoke with HR, met with corporate leader, met with site hospital VP. Typical behavioral interview questions asked. Heard back within a week or two. HR contacted with offer and next steps.
