I've applied for two positions from different departments. After about 2-3 weeks, I got one initial interview from an assigned recruiter and the other from the statistical group,after submitting several documents.

It is basically a phone interview, started with some basic questions like self-introduction, then based on my resume they asked some questions, and they talked about the biostatistician position, at last they asked me whether I have any questions for them.

Applied through Cleveland Clinic's website, I got a phone screening invitation from a hiring manager. After my brief phone conversation with the hiring manager, I was invited for a group phone interview. The group phone interview was very technical: there were simple applied statistics questions and study design questions. The phone calls were about 1:30 minutes long.
