Depends on the manager that you are picked. But my manager did not ask me as much questions as I thought I would be getting. Mostly, she explained to me what exactly they do on the floor.

I applied on Workday, received call from recruiter asking to interview, had an interview with recruiter, and they scheduled for me to interview with the floor manager on the desired floor I picked.
Easy. Ask you why you want to be in patient care. They prefer STNA. If you don’t they will train you as a PCNA but it’s a much easier process if you already have STNA.
