Completed a phone interview, about a week later someone from the office called and left a message they wanted to do an inperson interview. I was also sent a ProveIt skills test and scored 96% during the week following the phone interview. I returned the phone call about the inperson interview later that day but never heard back from anyone.

This was an easy interview! Prepare the basic questions, such as strengths/ weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc. ! My interview was more conversational than anything. I think they were checking more for a personality fit.

Online, healthcare specific questions, three caregivers on the call posing questions. Pretty comfortable process. Department Administrator, supervisor and HR manager interviewing. I was offered another position after the interview. One that paid a bit more.

the first interview was fine. they do a brief shadow afterwards. Hearing back is the problem though, they take forever to schedule the interview and follow up and get back to you about a job offer or not
