Interview
First was a simple phone interview, these are super easy. This is the first stage, and I imagine most people make it through this part easy. If you pass, you are scheduled for an interview with the manager of the unit you applied for. Every manager is different, some more easy and chill than others. The hardest part is the wait after the 2nd interview.
I thankfully didn’t get lost. They gave you a validation for parking. It wasn’t what I expected and everyone was very nice. The person who interviewed me was very kind and easy to talk too!

The interview was Over the phone I’m guessing it’s the first interview I have another interview with actual employment opportunities with the mangers of Cleveland clinic I’m very eager to do this interview and succeed with this process
Typical interview, was asked about my resume and experience. I was asked about situations I have experienced and how I handled it. It was one on one and they were very pleasant. I heard back very quickly.
