Everything started with a phone call from a staffing company, then after 2 weeks a phone call with the CCAD Recruiting Team, followed by a 1:1 with the Director,thenm a formal offer was received after 2 days, then they asked me to resign from my previous job (my biggest mistake) because it took more than 3 months to start working for them!
