Interview
Overall a very comprehensive process, meeting with the entire team and getting to know the people that the role would be working with was extremely helpful and gave me a sense of the job on the whole. I appreciated how each person I met strives to work their best and described how they collaborated with other teams well in a remote setting. I also got a feel for what the everyday tasks would be and what that would entail with training.

My previous experience in the field, how well I've collaborated on a team in the past, strengths.
I took the time to speak with five members of their team, so I was surprised to receive an automated rejection email rather than feedback from a human. A bit impersonal after investing hours in the process. Besides that, it was an enjoyable interview process with kind people. The company has an amazing mission.

Applied online and was contacted by an automatic message via Greenhouse. Had 2 interviews including meeting with the Head of HR. Interviews were OK, standard questions. Was ghosted after the 2nd interview and never heard back. Not even a rejection email. Terrible candidate experience. Can't imagine what it would be like to interview for a role this is not within HR if this is how they are conducting their recruiter search.
