Clearsulting interview questions

A Clearsulting recruiter reached out about the job role and set up an Interview with the hiring manager. The second interview was with another Director and the third interview with the practice head.

First round was a call with a recruiter talking through my resume and talking about who I am. The second round was two back-to-back interviews focusing more on behavioral questions and my approach to problems. The recruiter was great and was very nice but the two people I interviewed with in the second round didn't seem too interested. After the second round I never heard back about whether I did or did not receive an offer which seems unprofessional and I just wish they at least sent me something saying I didn't get the position.
