ClearView Healthcare Partners Principal / Associate Principal interview questions

Involved protracted discussion over period of months. Initially with recruiter, then proceeding to screening interview with 1x senior HR partner and 1x senior Consulting partner. Next meeting included a fit interview with peer in an informal setting in a restaurant. After that point, met with multiple managing partners and principals across the course of one day to identify synergies and determine business model compatibility. Included a presentation on current work. At the end of the day, met with CEO for an introduction and discussion about fit.
