came in two times, got to know the president and culture of Clearpoint, introduced me to what my responsibilities would be, offered me a better position, trained me and helped me every step of the way to ensure I was comfortable, ended up really liking it, a week later I was working full time

Interview
Took place over a few sessions during which I was asked abstract to very specific questions concerning my goals for the future and background experience. Sometimes the interview felt as though too many personal questions were being asked making the environment a bit uncomfortable.
