I got different feedbacks and mixed messages about the process I even asked to talk to my boss and prepare for offer. I think HR and technical interviewer didn't communicate well and it waste a lot of my time and theirs.

I interviewed for a contact role of senior software engineer. Did 3 rounds of interviews. Everything went splendid. They knew at the beginning of the process I had to give 4 weeks notice to my previous employer, but then said because you can't start immediately we can't go forward. I mean... Come on... I was very clear and forward about my notice period. They said they have other opportunities coming up and they'll get in touch. Never heard back from them again. What a waste of time.
