This consisted of an initial telephone conversation with the Talent Acquisition team followed by myself being referred to the Hiring team.
The Acquisition team contacted myself following the above, providing a date for a face to face interview held at EKM offices.
The next stage I was contacted again, by the T/A team who offered me the role which I accepted. The next stage involved the HR team contacting me to guide me through the background checks. I was then provided with a contract of employment.
The Team Leader at EKM then provided me with an itinerary for my start date using SuccessFactors platform.
