Interview
I did the initial phone interview. It was relatively short (about 30 minutes), but the interview was slightly awkward in terms of the flow of conversation. The interviewee asked me an icebreaker question 'to make me feel more comfortable' and her response to my answer made me feel more uncomfortable than when we started. Based on the phone interaction, I felt uneasy about our future working relationship considering the awkwardness and formal 'feel' of the conversation.

The interview was upbeat and professional. The interviewers shared tons of information about the company and had some interesting questions about my experience and how it applies to the position.
