Super laid back interview, the TA was a bit clueless about the role itself and only explained what the company does overall but no specifics to the position. Process involved 3 more steps. Got a template rejection email.

3 calls for different stages. Relaxed working environment and good offer. Questions were reasonable and so were the expectations. They are very upfront. They offer good benefits and the role seems to be one that you can grow in.
