I applied online. I interviewed at Clean Water Action (Long Branch, NJ) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very easy first interview, however the second "interview" is working with them for a day, which is canvassing for 8 hours, which seemed like they were just asking for free labor. They also expected availability as soon as possible, that you had to have an entire day free as soon as possible. the description I was given in the interview was different than the online description. Also avoided certain questions like why they have such a high turnover rate. Overall seems a bit sketchy

Question 1
How soon would I be available, and what brought me to this company very basic
It is a group Interview. They ask a couple of questions via zoom and they then explain what the job entails. They then give you the opportunity to explain why this job interests you and then they will send an email if you got the job.

Interview
Very brief and unofficial. They are very nice and open, it’s like having a conversation with someone rather than an interview. They mainly want to see if you’re a good fit because they already chose you based on your background. They also want to get an idea which “team” you will fit into.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
Where do you see yourself in the future

Interview
It was very easy and brief. Not very official, they just asked a couple of questions to make sure you are a good fit for the job. Nothing to stress about. Just read a little about what they do and their "current" events.
