The interview process was very casual. I just got on a phone call with the manager at the time and she offered me the job without asking me really any questions.

Interview
Normal interview process. Was not difficult, nice management. Very low pressure and stress and will work with your schedule (college, etc). I would recommend this job to anyone needing a low pressure and flexible job for college.
